Incident in Charles County school leaves second grader student seriously hurt

An incident at a Charles County elementary school has left a second grader in the hospital with serious injuries. In a mother’s viral Instagram post, she claimed her son was “hung” in the boy’s bathroom at C. Paul Barnhart Elementary School.
