How a ‘lemon law' helped a woman with a broken wheelchair

A woman says she had the scare of her life as she crossed a busy D.C. intersection and her powered wheelchair stopped working. Believing she was sold a lemon, she wanted the company to make things right. When she felt they didn’t, she reached out to News4’s Susan Hogan.
