House Going Up on Triangular Lot Bordered by 3 DC Streets

For decades neighbors believed a triangular lot bordered by three northeast D.C. streets was a park. News4’s Mark Segraves reports a developer surprised the neighborhood by starting to build a house there a few weeks ago.
