Grocery Store on Wheels Responding to Food Need in DC's Ward 8

D.C.’s Ward 8 often is called a food desert because residents have limited access to stores that sell healthy, fresh foods. News4’s Megan McGrath reports the Capital Area Food Bank is trying to change that with a mobile grocery truck that sells fresh produce.
