A Good Samaritan was struck by a car while trying to break up a fight in Rockville.
Two students who share a child were involved in a domestic altercation outside Magruder High School in the 5900 block of Muncaster Mill Road at about 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.
A man who witnessed the ordeal stepped in to break up the fight and fell into traffic. He was then struck by a car, police said.
The man suffered a fractured leg, and was taken to a local hospital.
