A girl was sexually assaulted on Halloween in Rockville, Maryland, according to Montgomery County police.
The girl told detectives she was walking between apartment buildings in the 9700 block of Key West Avenue about 5:30 p.m. Oct. 31 when a man attacked her.
She described the man as black, 18-21 years old and about 6 feet tall. She said he spoke with an African accent and wore a black beanie cap, a black and gray hooded sweatshirt, dark-colored pants, and dark-colored shoes.
