Remember when T.J. Oshie drank a beer through his jersey at the Capitals victory parade? Now there's a special shirt for you to do the same.
As the Caps season begins, Bud Light is giving away double-sided shirts with Caps logos on the front and also on the inside. That way, the world sees "Let's go Caps!" when you flip your shirt over your face to chug your beer.
Bud Light tweeted about the free shirts Monday.
"@Capitals fans, there’s nothing quite like pulling a championship jersey over your head and drinking a Bud Light through it. A close second, you can pull this shirt over your head and take a drink of Bud Light through it!" the tweet said.
The double-sided shirts will be given out as the Caps play this week.
A Bud Light spokeswoman said the shirts would be given out Wednesday at the following bars: Budweiser Brewhouse, Green Turtle, Clyde’s Gallery Place, Bar Louie, Lucky Strike, Penn Commons, Fado, Yard House, Irish Channel, Hill Country, Hotel Monaco, City Tap House, Penn Quarter Sports Bar, Iron Horse, Bar Deco, Fuel, Hooter’s, Kelly’s Irish Times, Union Pub, Blauguard, Exiles, The Brig, Stoney’s L Street, Stoney’s P Street, Exchange, Big Stick, Buffalo Billiards, Nellie’s, Archibalds, Public Bar, Star & Shamrock, H Street Country Club, Penny Whiskey Bar, Brighton, Duffy’s.
