Fredericksburg man wins 49th Marine Corps Marathon 10K in just over 30 minutes

Virginia’s Mark Hopely crossed the finish line with a time of 34:19. Elizabeth Sullivan of Portsmouth, Rhode Island finished first for women with a time of 36:32.
