A former Uber driver accused of committing a sexual offense while he was on the clock was found not guilty of second- and fourth-degree sexual assault.
Ergun Gunes was accused of the crime in Hyattsville, Maryland, in June when he was a driver for Uber. No details about the accusation were released.
He was found not guilty in District Court of Maryland for Prince George's County Wednesday.
