Food Fare: Frying spicy branzino at Arlington's NiHao

In this Food Fare, News4’s Eun Yang heads to Chef Peter Chang’s latest restaurant, NiHao, which is just outside of D.C. in Arlington. Inspired by Spanish tapas, NiHao serves Szechuan cuisine as small plates. Eun tries the spicy branzino and Mama Chang’s famous chicken noodle soup.
