Floodwall Proposed Along GW Parkway in Alexandria

The Alexandria area is prone to flooding. Now, the Army Corps of Engineers is holding a public meeting on a new plan to build a floodwall along the George Washington Memorial Parkway south of Alexandria. News4’s Paul Wagner has the story.
