Fire Crews Rescue Man, Dog From Steep, Icy Incline at Rock Creek Park

A man and his dog were stranded for two hours on a icy hillside in Rock Creek Park. News4’s Shomari Stone spoke to the D.C. Fire Department crew who rescued them in the brutally cold temperatures.
