FBI Agent Testifies at His Attempted Murder Trial

Dramatic video released Thursday shows an off-duty FBI agent shooting another man on a Metro train. The agent on trial for attempted murder took the stand in his own defense. News4’s Paul Wagner was in the courtroom for that testimony.
