Fairfax County Settles in Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Fairfax County will pay the family of a man who was shot and killed by police almost $3 million to settle a wrongful-death lawsuit, county officials announced Tuesday. Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey reports.
