A missing Howard County man suffering from dementia was found in good condition Monday morning.
Charles Turner was reported missing about 9:30 p.m. Sunday. He had last been seen by a family member leaving his house in Ellicott City Sunday afternoon. Turner reportedly said he would return soon but did not.
He was driving a 2005 light green Lexus SUV and was last spotted in the car about 10 p.m. near Route 32 in Ft. Meade in Anne Arundel County.
Turner, who requires multiple medications, was found in good condition at his home Monday morning.
