Efforts to Remove Shoulder Injuries From Federal Vaccine Payout Program

While much of the federal government is focused on fighting the coronavirus pandemic, a small program is quietly proposing a giant change that could affect thousands. The News4 I-Team first reported in 2018 how shoulder injuries caused by incorrectly given shots accounted for half of all the new cases in a federal vaccine injury program.
