Drivers Say They're Willing to Pay for Quicker Trip on I-395 Express Lanes

The Express Lanes along the Interstate 395 corridor in Northern Virginia have been open for about 3 months now – so how are they working? At some points, the toll has been well over $20 to use the lanes. News4’s Adam Tuss has an update on the lanes and whether or not anything will be changing.
