Dog's Eye View: Shelter Dog Bubba Visits NBC4

Bubba donned a GoPro camera and visited NBC4 in advance of Aug. 15’s Clear the Shelters event, when dozens of local animal shelters reduce adoption fees to help pets find homes. Bubba lives at the Washington Humane Society right now, and is looking for a forever family.
