Disabled Students in Northeast DC Witness the Power of ‘Make Believe'

A non-profit organization created and performed interactive theater for special needs children who typically don’t get a chance to see a live show. The performers turned the students into the stars of the show. News4’s Meagan Fitzgerald reports.
