DC's Cardinal Wuerl Is Faulted in Church Sex Abuse Report

According to a grand jury report, D.C. Cardinal Donald Wuerl handled Catholic church sex abuse cases internally rather than going to police. Prosecutors say he used the phrase “circle of secrecy.” The archdiocese denied that he used the term. News4’s Meagan Fitzgerald reports.
