D.C. Woman Pleads Guilty in Case of Missing Teen

A District of Columbia woman has pleaded guilty to her role in the death of a teenager whose body has been missing since last year.

Cinthya Proctor pleaded guilty in D.C. Superior Court on Friday to second-degree murder and other charges. She faces up to life in prison when she is sentenced in November.

Proctor admitted being part of a group that killed Latisha Frazier in August 2010. Frazier was suspected of stealing money from a member of the group. She was beaten, bound with tape, and her body was disposed of in a trash bin. Multiple other people besides Proctor have also been charged in Frazier's death.

Frazier's body has not been recovered, but it's suspected to be located in a landfill in Virginia.
