DC Water breaks ground on Potomac River Tunnel

DC Water broke ground Tuesday on the Potomac River Tunnel at West Potomac Park, which will address sewer overflow and ultimately make the Potomac River, and, in turn, the Chesapeake Bay cleaner.  News4’s Mauricio Casillas reports.
