DC Using ‘Violence Interrupters' to Prevent Crime

Amid a spike in the homicide rate, D.C. police and the city will use “violence interrupters.” They also have identified people who are at high risk of perpetrating or becoming victims of crimes, and offering multiple services. News4’s Mark Segraves reports.
