Teachers From 3 DC Schools Strike for More Money

Teachers in DC are preparing to picket for more money. Teachers from several schools will meet in Tenleytown at 7 a.m. Thursday and march down Nebraska Avenue NW. The teachers have been without a new contract for four years and have been offered a one percent raise. The strike is expected to wrap up before 8 a.m.
