DC residents try to beat the heat by playing early morning tennis

There might be a heat emergency in D.C. but that’s not stopping people from going outside. Tennis players rearrange their schedules to fit in a serve or two in the morning before the sun gets too hot. News4’s Juliana Valencia reports.
