DC prosecutors decline to charge ex-Proud Boys leader after US Capitol arrest

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for D.C. decided not to go forward with a case against former Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio. He was arrested in an assault case outside the Capitol in February.
