DC police shoot, kill man on N. Capitol Street after crisis intervention call

A D.C. police officer shot and killed a man after a mental health crisis intervention call. That same officer spent nearly two hours convincing the man, who attacked an EMT before running away, to go to the hospital, according to authorities. News4’s Jackie Bensen reports.
