DC organization helps teens about to age out of foster care system

ViaPath Foundation in Northern Virginia gave D.C.’s Family & Youth Initiative a grant to help support teens in a critical stage of their foster care journey. The two groups spoke with News4’s Molette Green about their work. The D.C. organization is seeking volunteers now.
