DC mayor proposes $87M to buy Capital One Arena

Mayor Muriel Bowser has proposed legislation for D.C. to buy Capital One Arena for $87.5 million after months of negotiations to stop the Washington Capitals and Wizards from moving to Alexandria. News4’s Joseph Olmo reports.
