DC leaders planning Chinatown's future in wake of arena news

District leaders are planning for the possibility that the Capitals and Wizards will leave Capital One Arena for a new arena in Northern Virginia. Mayor Muriel Bowser said she’s not interested in investing hundreds of millions of dollars into the arena if the teams leave. News4’s Mark Segraves reports.
