DC Housing Authority sergeant recovering from being shot in Northeast

Investigators are still trying to learn why a longtime D.C. Housing Authority police sergeant was shot as he headed to work on Tuesday evening. His boss told News4’s Paul Wagner he does not believe he was targeted.
