The Tenleytown Z-Burger is making it easy to do something nice for your mother on Sunday.
Any customer that brings their mother in on Mother's Day can claim a free meal, provided they say the secret password: "ThankZ Mom."
The meal freebie will include a regular, cheese, or veggie burger, a side of fries or onion rings, and for dessert, a Z-Burger milkshake.
No word on how the restaurant will be verifying motherhood, but customers should operate on the honor system.
The restaurant also gave away free burgers on April 11 to federal employees, when the federal government almost shut down. The offer is only good at the Tenleytown branch of the restaurant, located on 4321 Wisconsin Avenue, Northwest.
