DC Addresses Broken Street Lights in High-Crime Areas

Weeks after a nonprofit raised concerns about broken street lights across the District, more work orders are in asking crews to tackle lights at schools and recreation centers that have seen a lot of violent crime lately. News4’s Walter Morris reports on the city’s response.
