Crews Battle Blaze at Union Station Garage

It’s unclear whether a fire that broke out in Union Station’s parking garage was suspicious, but the incident sparked security concerns for some travelers and commuters, a day before September 11th. News4’s Kristin Wright reports.

Heavy smoke was visible for blocks as fire crews battled a blaze in Union Station's parking garage Wednesday.

D.C. Fire and EMS crews arrived at the train station's garage around 11:30 a.m. to find several cars on fire on the third floor.

There's no word on a cause of the fire. It's currently unknown whether anyone was injured.
