Contractor arrested near Capitol after driving on sidewalk amid high security
U.S. Capitol Police officers took no chances when they saw a driver go onto the sidewalk and into a grassy area near the Capitol. They arrested the driver, a contractor, as law enforcement agencies are on high alert after the New Orleans truck attack and before several major events in D.C. News4’s Paul Wagner reports.
