Climate Activists Use Boat to Block 16th & K Streets NW

Climate activists fanned out across the District on Monday morning, blocking several major intersections to bring attention to climate change. Protesters chanted and carried signs, including banners saying “Climate Emergency: No More Business As Usual in MD, VA, DC” and “Climate Justice.” A yellow and pink boat blocked traffic at 16th and K streets NW.
