Driver Gets Stranded on Flooded Fairfax County Road

Firefighters in Fairfax County responded to five swift-water rescues in just over two hours Wednesday morning, fire officials say. Chopper4 flew over the scene of one of the rescues in Vienna, Virginia. Fire officials say the driver got stuck when heavy rain flooded Browns Mill Road. Crews are working to reach the stranded driver with a rescue boat.
