Centrolina's Amy Brandwein on empowering women in restaurants

For nearly ten years, Award-winning chef Amy Brandwein has been serving her signature Italian cuisine at Centrolina in D.C. She has been nominated for a James Beard award six times, including this year. Brandwein is a trailblazer for more than what she does in the kitchen; she is a champion for women in the restaurant industry. She opened Centrolina with an all-female leadership team, and women still manage the restaurant today.
