Bystanders Disarm, Detain Gunman

Dramatic video shows two people jumping into action to disarm a gunman in Montgomery County. Police say the suspect shot a man in Adelphi Saturday. Witnesses, including the victim’s sister, intervened and pinned down the suspect until officers got to the scene. News4’s Pat Collins reports.
