Building 197 at the Washington Navy Yard to Reopen

The Washington Navy Yard building where 12 people were killed in a mass shooting in September, 2013 will reopen Monday, after a multi-million-dollar renovation and with a new name. News4’s Chris Lawrence spoke to the man who will be first to walk through the doors.
