Basement floods due to water main break on Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda

A broken water main is causing flooding along Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda, Maryland on Monday during the snowstorm. Storm Team4 Meteorologist Doug Kammerer shows how the damage caused 2 to 3 feet of flooding in his neighbor’s basement.
