A woman has been shot and killed in Northeast D.C. Wednesday night, police say.
D.C. police said the shooting happened on Just Street NE.
A witness told News4 he heard about 20 gunshots and found the woman collapsed outside of his apartment building.
Danjellicca Ball, 25, was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.
News4 video showed a hole in the apartment building's front door window where a bullet pierced through.
The witness said the woman had lived there for a short time and had just gotten a new job.
