Authorities in Carroll County say two juveniles set fire to a wooden cross in the driveway of a Westminster home.
The burned cross was discovered late Sunday night outside a home in the 500 Block of Ravenshead Run Road.
The Carroll County Sheriff's Office arrested two juveniles shortly after. They've been charged with second-degree malicious burning, racial or religious harassment and malicious destruction of property. They've been released to the custody of their parents.
