No charges were brought against a man accused of recording a child in the bathroom at Nationals Park, the U.S. attorney's office said.
Jeffrey Douglass Kaliel, 41, was arrested Wednesday afternoon at the stadium in Southeast D.C.
Police seized his iPhone, according to a police report.
The Nationals played the Atlanta Braves Wednesday afternoon.
