4 Pedestrians Hit by Car on Downtown DC Sidewalk

Four pedestrians were seriously injured by a vehicle that jumped a sidewalk after a two-car crash in downtown D.C. Tuesday afternoon, authorities said. News4’s Chris Gordon has exclusive video from the scene.
