BMW for $1,500: Teens charged in DC scheme to sell carjacked luxury vehicles on Instagram

A 17-year-old and two 18-year-olds were arrested in connection to armed carjackings that terrified drivers. They allegedly tried to sell the cars from the parking garage of a luxury apartment building on Florida Avenue NE, News4’s Jackie Bensen reports.
