3 Dead After Car Plunges Into Anacostia River

It’s not yet clear why the car went into the river. There was also some confusion early on about where to find the submerged vehicle. First responders initially went to the 11th Street Bridge instead of the Frederick Douglass Bridge. News4’s Dominique Moody reports.
