2 men shot in busy intersection in Northeast DC

The sound of gunshots had people in D.C.’s NoMa neighborhood ducking for cover Wednesday evening. Police said two men were shot near First and M streets NE. Both are expected to survive. News4’s Jackie Bensen reports from the scene.
