Montgomery County Police: Pandemic Not Reducing Drunken Driving

During a pandemic with more people at home, restaurants at reduced capacity and alcohol service cut off at 10 p.m., Montgomery County police say their arrests for DUI are not declining. News4’s Jackie Bensen reports on why drunken drivers may pose an even greater danger on the roads this year.
