VRE Adds Safety Layer to Prevent Crashes

VRE is now using a new safety system called Positive Train Control. Rail systems around the country have been told by the federal government to get this system up and running, and as Transportation Reporter Adam Tuss explains, it could be the difference if a dangerous scenario develops on the rails.
